Clients may not use our servers for:
- Hosting, distributing, or linking to malicious software (malware, viruses, ransomware).
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
- Conducting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
- Hosting material that violates intellectual property laws.
- Crypto-mining activities (due to excessive unoptimized energy draw, which conflicts with our sustainability core mission).
3. Resource Abuse
While we offer scalable solutions, intentional abuse of unmetered bandwidth or shared resources that negatively impacts other tenants on our green grid will result in throttling or temporary suspension until optimized.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund. Puffin Exonix reserves the right to audit network traffic patterns to ensure compliance with these rules.
